1. About MacroLogic

MacroLogic is a nutrition tracking application that helps users log food, track calories and macronutrients, analyze meals using AI, and view nutrition trends.

2. No Medical or Nutritional Advice

The calorie and macro estimates provided by MacroLogic are general estimates only. They are calculated using standard formulas (such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and publicly available nutritional data.

These estimates are not personalized medical advice, not a substitute for professional dietary guidance, and may not be accurate for every individual. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.

3. AI Meal Analysis

When you use the AI photo analysis feature, your meal photo is sent to our processing service for analysis. We do not store your photos long-term unless you choose to save the meal with the photo attached.

AI analysis results are estimates and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated nutrition information.

4. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with using MacroLogic and any dietary or lifestyle decisions you make based on information in the app. MacroLogic and its developers are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of the app.

5. User Content & Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the food and nutrition data you enter. MacroLogic is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data, AI analysis, or user-entered information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software in MacroLogic are the property of Freedom Coast Innovations or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of MacroLogic is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available here:

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes. Your continued use of MacroLogic after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
