We may collect account information, nutrition data you log, health and fitness information, device data, and HealthKit data (if granted).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide and improve MacroLogic’s features, including calorie and macro tracking, AI meal analysis, and nutrition insights.

3. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We also do not share your personal nutrition or health data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the app.

4. Data Storage

Your data may be stored using Apple CloudKit (for syncing across devices) and Firebase (for authentication and account management).

5. AI Photo Analysis

When you upload a photo for AI analysis, the image is temporarily sent to our secure processing service. We do not store meal photos long-term unless you explicitly choose to save the meal with the attached photo.

6. Children’s Privacy

MacroLogic complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). MacroLogic is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
